Here is a sneak peek of the upcoming Music Jam!

The party starts on July 25th, and ends on July 30th. It looks like it’s going to be fun, and I hear there’s going to be some suprises, so keep your eyes open!

New Pin and Furniture Catalog

There is a new pin out in Club Penguin today. It is the “Treble Clef” pin, and it can be found at the Cave (Pool).

Here are the secrets for the new funiture catalog.

Guitar Stand:

Click on the upright piano for the Guitar Stand.

Vegetable Garden:

Click on the Coffee Shop Tree for the Vegetable Garden.

Flower Planter:

Click on the top of the Palm Tree for the Flower planter.

Clam:

Click on the Seaweed for the clam.

There is also a new music selection for your igloo! There are three new songs and they are:

• Aqua Grabber
• Fiesta
• Medieval Town

In other news, there is construction going on at the Night Club. It is for the new game coming out.

New Newspaper

There is a new newspaper out in Club Penguin today! In it, they discuss the new stage, which is a re-run of the Superheros theme, the music festival, and much more! Here are all of the upcoming events:

July 18th:

• New Igloo Music
• New Furniture Catalog
• New Pin Hidden

July 25th:

• Music Jam 2008 (ends July 30th)

August 1st:

• New Clothing Catalog
• Music Jam 2008 (ends July 30th)

Because of the upgrade, there are two things that have changed! The SWF’s no longer work on the SWF’s page, and you are able to dance with the newspaper! If you’d like to, just start dancing, and open up the news!

New Features are Finally Out!!

The new features are out in Club Penguin, and there are a lot more than what was expected. I’ll go through them, and if I see anymore, I’ll add it to the list.

Sever Selection:

• When you go to log in to Club Penguin, it will say “Logging in (your name here)”
• Selecting servers is now based on where you and your buddies visit the most.
• If you do choose the more servers option, it will list the servers in alphabetical order.

Penguin Mail:

• To access penguin mail, click on the grey mail icon at the top left of the screen.
• The first thing you should do is take a look at the Penguin Mail postcard. You will be able to get a free item. Here is a picture. (Click to enlarge)

• To see your buddy requests, you will now have to click on the icon that used to be the postcard icon.
• When you send postcards to your buddies, you will see a book that looks like this. There are also new postcards! (Click to enlarge)

Player Card Changes:

• When you go to open your player card, your items will fade on to your penguin. This also occurs when putting on different items
• If you’d like to change your items, click on the tab at the bottom of your inventory and choose the item you’re looking for based on its type. Here is a picture. (Click to enlarge)

Igloo Background Update:

• Instead of a blank white screen for the background of your igloo, you now have a forest! However, you’re not able to walk outside of your igloo. Here is a picture. (Click to enlarge)

• There is also a new background when you edit your igloo. Here is a picture. (Click to enlarge)

Other Updates:

• You can now see your spy phone (if you’re a secret agent) above the map.
• When a buddy logs in, a message will come up and tell you. Here is a picture:

• When you’re looking for an open igloo on the map, you will now see this selection. (Click to enlarge)

• If you try to get an item you already have, it will automatically say you already have it, instead of asking if you want the item.
• You are allowed to have more than 100 buddies.
• When you go to adopt a puffle, you will receive a postcard from Club Penguin telling you to take care of it. Here’s a picture. (Click to enlarge)

• When you go sled racing, the list will be changed.
• You can have empty chat bubbles! Just type in a space, and enter it! Here is a picture:

• If you’re in a buddies igloo, and they have a puffle, you can’t click on it to see its stats like you could before.

New Features Coming TODAY!

If you tried to log in to Club Penguin, you’ll notice it’s down. This is because they’re adding the new features everyone’s been waiting for! The new features are:

1. Penguin Mail
2. Sever Selection Changes
3. Player Card Update
4. Igloo Background Update

Club Penguin for the DS!

There were always rumors going around about Club Penguin having a game for the DS. These rumors were never proven…until today. Club Penguin is going to be releasing a game called Elite Penguin Force.

In this game, you will be able to solve misteries, play some of your favorite minigames and earn coins that can be uploaded to your penguin’s account! It should be out sometime in December. Hey, that’s only 5 more months!

New Game Sneak Peek!

There will be a new game coming to Club Penguin! I don’t know the exact release date of this game, but it should be done by the end of this month. It has something to do with music. Here is a sneak peek:

New Stage

There is a new Stage out in Club Penguin today. It is a repeat of “Squidzoid vs. Shadow Guy and Gamma Girl”, but there are some small differences.

There is also a new costume catalog, but there are no secrets in it.

In other news: Unfortunately, the Club Penguin team found some major bugs in features that were supposed to be released today, so they’re going to postpone the release (again) for next week.

Stage Update and News About the Features!

First off, the new features should be released on Thursday, which is tomorrow. The Club Penguin team is still fixing some bugs, so if everything goes right, we should have the new features by the end of this week!

Also, “Squidzoid” will be returning to the stage this Friday, with a couple changes. Here are two pictures of what will be added to the play on Friday.
